The Barn

The heart of Woodbine Farm is our restored 2,800 square foot barn. Exposed timber beams, polished floors, and ambient Edison lighting give it the feel of a rustic ballroom — climate-controlled, so it works comfortably for receptions, dinners, and dancing regardless of the season. Round tables, long farmhouse-style seating, and a dedicated dance floor are already part of the layout, which adapts to groups from intimate gatherings up to a full 150+ guest celebration.

Reception Space

Whether your event calls for round tables and a plated dinner or long farmhouse seating and a buffet line, our reception space is built to flex. Built-in lighting and a dedicated dance floor make it just as suited to a wedding reception as it is to a corporate dinner, gala, or milestone celebration.

Farm Grounds

Acres of open meadow, classic split-rail fencing, and genuine farm character give guests room to roam between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. It’s also where lawn games, a firepit gathering, or a quiet walk between events tend to happen naturally, without anyone having to plan it.

Photo Locations

Weathered wood, wildflower fields, a heritage farm wagon, and golden-hour skies give photographers plenty to work with. Couples and event hosts consistently use the grounds for portraits, engagement sessions, and candid shots that don’t need much staging to look good.

Bridal Preparation Suite

An on-site getting-ready suite gives wedding parties a comfortable space to prepare before the ceremony, with mirrors, seating, and natural light built in, so there’s no need to coordinate a separate off-site location.

Indoor and Outdoor Flexibility

Every part of Woodbine Farm is designed to work indoors or outdoors depending on your event and the weather. Ceremonies can happen on the open lawn or inside the climate-controlled barn. Cocktail hour and lawn games can move outside when the weather cooperates, and the barn is always there as a comfortable, weather-ready option.

Woodbine Farm is tucked into the rolling countryside just outside Manassas, offering the peaceful feel of rural Virginia without sacrificing convenience for guests. Nearby hotels, dining, and accommodations give out-of-town guests comfortable options, and ample on-site parking makes arrival simple for everyone. Our main barn and ground-level spaces are wheelchair accessible, with level pathways and accessible restrooms so all guests can move through the venue comfortably.
