Family Gatherings

Some celebrations aren’t a wedding or a corporate event, they’re just family, together, marking something worth marking.

Woodbine Farm hosts family gatherings of all kinds on a working farm just outside Manassas, with open grounds and a restored barn that give every generation room to gather, eat, and actually spend time with each other.

We’re an easy drive from Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., Fairfax, and Prince William County, so relatives coming from out of town don’t have to navigate a complicated trip to be there.

A Family Event Venue With Room to Roam

Family gatherings work best when there’s enough space that nobody feels boxed in — kids have room to run, older relatives have a comfortable place to sit, and everyone ends up outside at some point without it feeling forced. Our farm grounds, split-rail fencing, and open meadow give a family reunion or gathering that kind of natural breathing room, while the barn provides a comfortable indoor space for meals and conversation.

Family Reunions

Bring generations together in one place, with open grounds for kids and grandparents alike and a barn that comfortably seats everyone for a shared meal.

Anniversary Celebrations

Mark a milestone anniversary with a setting that feels genuinely special without being formal or stiff.

Birthday Parties

From quinceañeras to milestone birthdays, host a celebration with room to dine, dance, and spread out.

Community Gatherings

Fundraisers and community events feel right at home on a welcoming family farm, with space for both the program and the socializing around it.

Indoor and Outdoor Space for Every Generation

The barn’s climate control means your gathering isn’t at the mercy of the weather, while the firepit area and open grounds give guests a place to step outside, let kids burn off energy, or just sit and talk away from the main dining area.

Catering and Decorating

You’re welcome to bring in a caterer of your choice or work with one of our preferred caterers. The barn and grounds are a blank canvas, so your own decorations and personal touches are what make the space feel like your family’s event. Decorations just need to come down during your contracted breakdown window, and no permanent fixtures can be added.
